It is usually used in relation to early-stage startups who need massive growth in a short time on small budgets, or established companies that need to explore new and creative ways of finding their audience.
Market hackers focus solely on strategies related to growing the mindshare of their audience. They hypothesize, prioritize and test innovative strategies. They analyze and test to see what’s working, and what is not.
For each organization, it’s about figuring out how you need to grow, and looking for ways to make that happen on purpose.
